Loopago is for streaming content you own or are licensed to stream: your own music, videos, visuals and recordings. You may not use Loopago to stream content that infringes someone else's rights, that violates YouTube's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, that is illegal in the Netherlands or in your country, or that is used to artificially inflate views, watch time or subscribers. Streams that exist only to loop reused material without added value may be flagged by YouTube as inauthentic content; that risk is yours, not ours.
Fair use of resources: uploads must stay within the published limits (H.264/AAC MP4, bitrate up to 12 Mbps for 1080p and 45 Mbps for 4K, storage per plan). One stream slot serves one YouTube broadcast at a time. Automated abuse of the API or the upload endpoints is not allowed.
If you believe content streamed through Loopago infringes your copyright, email support@loopago.io with subject "Copyright notice" and include: (a) the YouTube URL of the stream, (b) a description of the work you own and where it can be seen, (c) your name, address and email, (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised, and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner. We stop the stream in question within one business day of a complete notice, inform the customer and give them the chance to respond. Repeat infringers lose their account. Note that the broadcast itself lives on YouTube; YouTube's own copyright tools apply there as well.
New customers can try one 1080p · 30fps stream free for 7 days. A valid payment method is required; nothing is charged during the trial. Unless you cancel in the billing portal before the trial ends, the plan continues at the regular monthly price. One trial per customer and per YouTube channel. We may end a trial early if it is used in violation of section 1.
You can cancel anytime in the billing portal. Your streams keep running until the end of the period you paid for, then billing stops. Payments already made are not refunded; the free trial exists so you can decide before paying. Adding streams or storage mid-cycle is charged pro rata on your next invoice.
We may stop a stream or suspend an account when a payment fails and is not resolved, when a valid takedown notice is received, or when use violates these policies. Where possible we warn you first by email.
Anything else that looks wrong, from a stream that breaks the rules to a security concern: support@loopago.io. We reply within one business day.
