What we process
Account & sign-in. You sign in with your Google account. We store your name and email to run your account, and a functional session cookie to keep you signed in.
YouTube access. Loopago uses YouTube API Services. When you connect a channel, we store an access token to manage live broadcasts on that channel on your behalf (starting broadcasts, reading live status and viewer counts, updating video details, setting thumbnails). We request only the YouTube access needed for this, never share it, and you can revoke it anytime via your Google account permissions (Google security settings). Our use of information from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. By using Loopago you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service; the Google Privacy Policy applies to Google's handling of your data.
Your videos. Stored only to operate your streams, and deleted when you delete them or close your account.
Payments. Handled by our payment provider; we never see your card details.
How we protect your data
Encryption. All traffic to and from Loopago is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Sensitive credentials, including the OAuth tokens that link your YouTube channel and your stream keys, are stored encrypted at rest on our servers.
Access control. Sensitive data is accessible only to the systems that need it to operate your streams. Server access is restricted to key-based authentication for our operator; there is no third-party access to your tokens or keys, and we never share or sell your data.
Data minimisation. We request only the YouTube permission needed to manage your live broadcasts, poll only your own channel's live status, and store no YouTube data beyond short-lived status caches and the artwork you upload yourself. We do not use your data to train AI or machine-learning models.
Deletion. OAuth tokens are deleted immediately when you disconnect a channel or delete your account. Your videos are deleted when you remove them or close your account.
Where & how long
Your data is hosted within the EU and kept only as long as needed to provide the service. On account deletion it is removed. We work with processors (hosting, payments, Google) under data-processing agreements.
