1. The service
Loopago hosts video files you upload and broadcasts them as continuous live streams to YouTube channels you control. You need a Google account to sign in and a YouTube channel that is enabled for live streaming.
2. Subscriptions & billing
Plans are billed per stream, monthly or yearly, in USD, through our payment provider Stripe. Adding streams mid-cycle is charged pro rata on your next invoice. You can cancel anytime; your streams keep running until the end of the period you paid for. Payments already made are not refunded. Prices may change; we'll announce changes at least 30 days ahead and they apply from your next billing period.
Free trial. New customers can try one 1080p · 30 fps stream free for 7 days. A valid payment method is required to start the trial; nothing is charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the plan continues at the regular monthly price. The trial is available once per customer and once per YouTube channel.
3. Your content
You must own the rights to everything you upload and stream, and your use of YouTube remains subject to YouTube's own terms and policies. Don't upload or stream illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's rights. We don't claim any ownership of your videos; we store and broadcast them solely to provide the service. If your channel or content violates YouTube's rules, that is between you and YouTube: strikes, demonetisation or channel actions are your responsibility.
4. Fair use
Storage is limited per plan (50 GB per 1080p stream, 100 GB per 4K · 30fps stream, 150 GB per 4K · 60fps stream, plus any storage add-ons you purchase). Uploads must stay within the published format limits (H.264/AAC MP4; bitrate up to 12 Mbps for 1080p and 45 Mbps for 4K). The service is for streaming, not for file storage or distribution. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, attempt to disrupt it, or violate these terms; where reasonable we'll contact you first.
5. Availability
We work hard to keep streams running 24/7 and our systems restart streams automatically when something goes wrong. Still, we can't guarantee uninterrupted operation: outages at YouTube, network providers or our infrastructure can occur, and maintenance is sometimes required. The service is provided "as is"; to the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event.
6. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time; your videos and data are then removed (see our privacy policy). We may terminate accounts that materially breach these terms.
7. Changes & contact
We may update these terms; meaningful changes will be announced by email before they take effect. Dutch law applies. Questions? support@loopago.io.
